All new patients begin with our Comprehensive Exam for New Patients. This is a required first visit that includes X-rays, a full oral health assessment, and a personalized holistic treatment plan. This exam ensures we understand your complete wellness picture before recommending any treatment.
This two hour visit includes digital X-rays, advanced holistic screening, a full mouth evaluation, gum health assessment, airway and bite analysis, and a customized treatment plan. You will have dedicated time with the doctor to review your goals, concerns, and long term care plan.
If you are an existing patient experiencing pain, sensitivity, or a specific concern, choose Urgent or Problem Focused Exam. This visit is designed to quickly identify what is causing the discomfort and provide next step recommendations.
During your first appointment, we’ll conduct a comprehensive exam, including digital X-rays, periodontal screenings, and a personalized consultation to understand your health goals. Our new patient experience focuses on building trust and creating a customized treatment plan for optimal oral health.
If you are a new patient experiencing pain or a dental emergency, please select Comprehensive Exam for New Patients and note your symptoms in the comments section. Our team will review your request promptly and prioritize your care.
This appointment is for existing patients who want to review treatment options, discuss a prior diagnosis, or get a second opinion. It is not a full exam and does not include X-rays.
No. Appointment requests do not place you directly onto the schedule. Our team reviews every request to confirm availability and ensure the correct appointment length is reserved for your needs. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is approved.
For certain procedures like crowns, bridges, fillings, and new patient exams, we cannot double book treatment time. Approving appointments manually allows us to schedule patients safely and ensure you receive the time and attention you need.
Our team reviews all requests during business hours. Most patients receive a confirmation or follow up message the same day or next business morning.
If you are an existing patient and need urgent attention, select Urgent or Problem Focused Exam. If you are a new patient with an emergency, choose Comprehensive Exam for New Patients and our team will prioritize your request.
Select Comprehensive Exam for New Patients if you are new to the practice. If you are an existing patient, choose Urgent or Problem Focused Exam for pain or a specific issue, or Consultation or Second Opinion if you have treatment questions. When in doubt, add a note and our team will guide you.
Existing patients may request preventive or hygiene visits through the appointment request form. Simply select the appropriate appointment type and note that you are requesting a routine cleaning. Our team will coordinate based on availability.
Our practice operates out of network. You may still use HSA or FSA benefits. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Financing options are also available for approved patients.
Please bring a valid ID, any recent X-rays (if available), and a list of current medications or supplements. New patients will receive instructions about completing digital intake forms before arriving.
Yes. We offer holistic, family friendly dental care. When requesting a pediatric visit, please note the child’s age and reason for the visit so we can prepare appropriately.
